What is Pôdo at the airport?

Do I need a boarding pass to enter?

Yes. The capsules are located in the boarding area, after the security check.

How do I reserve the capsule?

Right now, at the kiosk next to the capsules, without downloading anything. Very soon you’ll also be able to book in advance from the app.

How long does a reservation last?

Whatever you want. You choose an initial time of 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes. If it ends and you remain inside, the reservation is automatically extended in 15-minute increments, without returning to the kiosk. When you leave, it ends.

Can I book at the moment?

Yes. At the kiosk, the reservation is immediate.

What happens if my flight is delayed or changed?

Stay inside. As long as you remain in the capsule, the reservation will be extended in 15-minute increments.

How much does it cost to use the capsule?

From 0.30 € per minute.

How do I pay?

With a card in the POS machine next to the kiosk, as in any other store. When the app is available at the airport, you will also be able to pay using it.

Can I request an invoice?

Yes. Enter your tax information at the kiosk when booking and we’ll send you the invoice by email.

Is the capsule really private?

Yes. Closed, soundproofed and just for you.

Can I bring my luggage inside?

Yes. You enter with your carry-on luggage (cabin bag, backpack or purse) and you have it with you the whole time.

Is there wifi and power outlets inside?

Yes. When you book, you get access to a private WiFi, not the airport's public network. And you have power outlets for laptops and mobile devices.

What happens if I have a problem during my session?

Inside the capsule you have the instructions and the assistance phones for each case. 24/7 assistance by phone or WhatsApp.
